About Me
My name is Meghan Luebesmier, which is a mouth-full, I go by Mrs. Lu at school. I enjoy gardening (I got awesome pumpkins this year!) and doing pretty much anything crafty. I love to spend time with my family, especially all of my neices and nephews. I have my own bundle of joy on the way. My husband and I are expecting him or her around November 1st. We are very excited to meet this fiesty baby!
I went to college at St. Cloud State University where I graduated with a license in Elementary Education with a specialty in Mathematics and a minor in Special Education. I traveled to China to do some teaching during two summers while in college (three weeks each time). I was a substitute teacher with a couple of long-term positions for 3 years. I received my Montessori credential at the University of St. Catherine’s. I LOVE teaching Montessori and am very excited to be teaching my second year of Kindergarten at New Discoveries Montessori Academy!
